Dr. Sheneekra Adams, Doctor of Audiology

Sheneekra-199x300Sheneekra Adams, AuD is a Division Manager with HEAR USA, a leader in hearing health care. She has over 16 years of experience as an Audiologist. For the majority of her career, Dr. Adams served as a clinical Audiologist, improving the quality of life for thousands of individuals by providing hearing solutions, including hearing aids and other assistive technology. Her leadership skills and talents as a results-driven professional have led Dr. Adams to her current role as Division Manager. In this position, she is responsible for the growth and development of Hear USA Hearing Centers in several states across the Northeast.

Dr. Adams is passionate about improving the lives of others. She volunteers her professional services to community organizations and actively participates in health fairs. As a faithful proponent of a healthy lifestyle, she believes that health advocacy and education are vital to the advancement of all people.

Dr. Adams received her AuD from Salus University, and her M.S. from the University of Pittsburgh. She graduated from Howard University with a B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Dr. Adams has volunteered with T.R.I.P. since its inaugural travel to New Orleans in 2006. She is enthused to bring her skills and talents to the organization as a member of the Board of Directors.

Kristi Rodriguez

Kristi-200x300Kristi L. Rodriguez is Senior Director of Enterprise Marketing at Aetna. She is committed to making an impact on health equity/wellness in economically depressed and minority communities. An active member of her community, Kristi works with several non-profit and social organizations. Kristi has spearheaded various health and wellness initiatives within the faith-based community. Other community activities include involvement in the local chapters of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and Jack and Jill of America, Inc.

Kristi received her Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from Hampton University, and was selected as a 2011 Connecticut Health Foundation fellow. Other accolades include a presenter at Yale’s University‘s 5th Annual Conference on Healthcare, and recipient of the 2007 Diamond Marketing Award.

Kristi lives in Ohio with her husband and two daughters. Kristi is an avid reader and a fitness enthusiast and hopes to complete in her first biathalon in 2015.

Tobias Tillmon

Tobias TillmonTobias Tillmon is the Associate State Director for Multicultural activities for the Georgia AARP office, where he works to ensure that AARP current and potential members in diverse communities (African American/Black, Hispanic/Latino, and Asian American) are aware, join, engage and stay with AARP because they feel that AARP is relevant to them and their families. Tobias has been with AARP Georgia for 8 years and does community outreach work mostly in the metro Atlanta area. Tobias holds a B.A. in Organizational Management and has served for 10 years in the U.S. Army’s Judge Advocate’s General Corp providing legal counsel and prosecution. He has also worked for the American Cancer Society Behavioral Research Center studying cancer survivors and quality of life issues in special populations.
